1. General warning
These products are intended for persons over 18 years of age and for responsible use in authorised environments. Misuse may cause serious personal injury or material damage and give rise to civil and criminal liability for the user.
2. Safe handling rules
- Always treat the device as if it were loaded.
- Do not aim or fire at people, animals, the face, the head or vulnerable areas.
- Keep your finger off the trigger until you are in an authorised area and have the target under control.
- Do not rely on the safety catch: it is an aid, not a substitute for safe handling.
- Make sure you know what is behind the target before firing.
3. Protective equipment
Use approved eye and face protection suitable for the activity, both the shooter and any person present in the area of use. Observe the minimum safety distances indicated by the manufacturer.
4. Authorised areas of use
Use must only take place at fields, facilities or spaces that are expressly authorised. Use, carrying or display on public roads or in unauthorised places is not permitted.
5. Safekeeping and storage
Store the device, the gas cartridges and the ammunition unloaded, separately and out of the reach of minors or unauthorised persons, preferably under lock and key. Avoid exposing the CO2 cartridges to heat sources.
6. Transport
Transport the device unloaded, holstered or packaged and separated from the ammunition, so that it is not immediately accessible, in compliance with the applicable transport regulations.
7. Maintenance
Carry out maintenance and cleaning following the manufacturer's instructions, using only compatible parts and consumables. Check the condition of the device before each use.
8. Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited to modify the power, the calibre or the mechanisms of the product, as well as to tamper with it in order to alter its classification or circumvent its safety limitations.
9. Legal framework in Spain
These products are marketed in accordance with the Weapons Regulation (Real Decreto 137/1993) and Orden INT/2860/2012, with the classification corresponding to them. According to that classification, acquisition, possession and use may require the municipal card provided for in Article 105 of the Regulation, subject to the applicable limits on quantity and territorial validity. Completing a purchase does not in itself authorise the carrying, display or use outside authorised spaces and conditions.
10. Restricted ammunition
Irritant ammunition (Pepper, CS, OC or PAVA) is not available to private individuals in this catalogue and is reserved for the professional channel, subject to prior verification of the composition, the destination, the authorised user and the specific applicable regulations.
11. Minors
Use by minors is prohibited. Any training activity involving minors, where legally permitted, requires the authorisation and direct supervision of a responsible adult in a controlled environment.
12. User responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the product and for compliance with the applicable regulations. The Company is not liable for damages arising from negligent or improper use or from use contrary to the instructions and the law.
