This legal notice governs the access to, browsing of and use of the website nt-def.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned by NEW TERRITORIES CONSULTING SL (hereinafter, "NT DEF", "the Company" or "the Owner").

Through the Site, semi-automatic .68 calibre CO2 systems, associated ammunition consumables and a professional quotation service aimed at business and institutional customers are offered. The purchase of products is further governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of the legal information of the Site.

User status is acquired by the mere act of accessing the Site and entails the full acceptance of this legal notice in the version published at any given time. The user undertakes to make diligent use of the Site and its contents in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.
