1. Identification of the seller and acceptance
The seller is NEW TERRITORIES CONSULTING SL, Tax ID (NIF) B05315270, with registered office at Plaza Martín de Córdoba 4, 52005 Melilla, Spain and email legal@nt-def.com. The placing of an order entails the full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, which are made available to the buyer before the purchase is completed and may be stored or reproduced.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the products offered on the Site —.68 calibre CO2 systems, consumables and accessories— as well as the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of a distance sales contract.
3. Buyer requirements
In order to purchase products, the buyer must:
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Be duly identified when the product or the process so requires.
- Reside in a country authorised for the sale.
- Comply with the acquisition, possession, transport, storage and use requirements applicable to each product.
The seller may refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements, refunding, where applicable, the amounts paid.
4. Purchase process
The contracting process takes place in the following stages:
- Selection of the products and addition to the basket.
- Identification and age verification where applicable.
- Review of the order, with the total price and the applicable charges.
- Acceptance of the terms and payment.
- Confirmation of the order and dispatch of the receipt.
5. Pre-contractual information
Before the buyer becomes bound, the information required by Articles 60 and 97 of RDL 1/2007 is provided in a clear and comprehensible manner: the essential characteristics of the product, the identity of the seller, the total price including taxes and charges, the payment procedure, the delivery period, the existence of legal guarantees, the conditions and period of the right of withdrawal and the complaint-handling procedure.
6. Prices, taxes and charges
Prices are stated in euros and include the applicable taxes. Shipping charges are notified before the order is confirmed and are detailed on the Shipping and restrictions page. The seller may modify prices at any time, with the price in force at the time the order is placed applying to that order.
7. Methods of payment
Payment is made through a secure gateway, which accepts card and other enabled means. The payment data is transmitted encrypted directly to the provider; the seller does not store full card details. The seller issues and makes available to the buyer the invoice in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.
8. Formation of the contract and confirmation
In accordance with Articles 27 and 28 of the LSSI-CE and Article 98.2 of RDL 1/2007, the order-completion button unambiguously indicates that its activation entails an obligation to pay. The contract is formed upon confirmation of the order, which the seller sends by electronic means together with the receipt for the transaction.
9. Availability and delivery
The availability of the products and the delivery terms are detailed on the Shipping and restrictions page, which forms part of these terms.
10. Right of withdrawal
A buyer acting as a consumer has the right of withdrawal on the terms and with the exceptions described on the Returns and withdrawal page.
11. Legal guarantee of conformity
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity governed by Articles 114 et seq. of RDL 1/2007, with a liability period of 3 years from delivery. The buyer must report the lack of conformity and is entitled, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

13. Dispute resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The consumer may also submit the dispute to the consumer arbitration systems to which the seller has, where applicable, adhered.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and by the applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
