1. Territory
Sales to private individuals are made for delivery to Spain. The rest of the European Union and professional or institutional customers are served through the quotation channel, which validates the requirements applicable in each country before proceeding with delivery.
2. Verification prior to dispatch
Before the shipment is prepared, the enabling requirements of the order are checked:
- Verification that the buyer is of legal age.
- Identification of the buyer where the product so requires.
- The enabling documentation applicable according to the classification of the product.
3. Preparation and delivery times
Orders are prepared once payment and the above verifications have been confirmed. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 días laborables, unless otherwise indicated during the purchase process or in the event of force majeure. In no case shall the period exceed 30 calendar days without express agreement, in accordance with Article 66 bis of RDL 1/2007.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and itemised per order according to destination, volume, carrier, insurance, logistics restrictions and applicable validation. When an order requires prior review, the amount will be communicated or updated in the private area before shipment preparation.
5. Delivery and checks
Delivery is carried out by transportista autorizado. At the time of delivery, proof of the recipient's identity and, where applicable, of the enabling documentation may be required. If delivery cannot be completed due to absence or lack of proof, the carrier's redelivery or return procedures will be followed.
6. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the buyer when the buyer, or a third party designated by the buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, in accordance with Article 66 ter of RDL 1/2007.
7. Delivery incidents
The buyer must inspect the condition of the package upon delivery and report any apparent damage or shortage to customer service (legal@nt-def.com) as soon as possible, keeping the packaging for inspection.
8. Restrictions under the Weapons Regulation
The acquisition, possession, transport and use of these products are subject to the Weapons Regulation (Real Decreto 137/1993) and Orden INT/2860/2012, with the classification corresponding to each model. Depending on that classification, the following may be required, among others:
- The municipal card provided for in Article 105 of the Weapons Regulation.
- Compliance with the limits on quantity and territorial validity.
- Specific conditions for transport and places of use.
Availability for online purchase does not in itself authorise the carrying, display or use, which are governed by the applicable regulations.
9. Restricted ammunition
Irritant ammunition (Pepper, CS, OC or PAVA) is not available to private individuals and is reserved for the professional channel, subject to prior verification of the authorised user, the destination and the specific applicable regulations.
10. Buyer transport and storage obligations
The buyer will receive information on the packaging, transport and safekeeping of the products and undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations regarding transport, storage and use, as well as to keep them out of the reach of unauthorised persons.
